About the Role:
We seek a seasoned HSE Engineer to join our multinational team, leading health, safety, and environmental initiatives across oil & gas and cryogenic facilities. You’ll implement and manage robust HSE systems, conduct safety audits and risk assessments, lead incident investigations, and ensure full regulatory and standards compliance.
🎯 Minimum Requirements:
• Education & Certifications:
o Full time Bachelors degree in Engineering is a must.
o Must have Diploma/Degree in Industrial Safety.
o Preferred: CSP, CMIOSH; ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 lead auditor certified; QRA/HAZOP/HAZAN training
o MUST hold at least one certified HSE qualification (e.g. NEBOSH, ISO 45001 lead auditor, iCertOSH, ADIS, CSP, CEP)
• Experience:
o 10–15 years in Oil & Gas industry HSE roles, including ≥5 years in cryogenic facility operations (gasification, marine utilities, export, vaporization, etc.).
o ≥6 years in core industries (refineries, petrochemical, fertilizers, oilfields, cryogenic facilities)
o Background in maintenance and O&M contracts, preferably with refinery operations
✔️ Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and enforce HSE plans, emergency response procedures, and safety standards
• Conduct and lead risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
• Drive QRA/HAZOP/HAZAN studies and implement resulting action plans
• Deliver HSE training and awareness programs across operations and maintenance teams
• Bridge multinational safety standards with on-site operational practices
