Well Known Logistics Company needs the following position :

-- *Couriers & Drivers Team Leader ( last mile ) :

- Strong personality with the drivers to control them & to make sure all the shipments delivered on time .
- Managing the drivers performance by delivering the shipments timely manner .
- Manage, train, plan, direct and control of all Drivers to ensure timely and efficient management of pickups and deliveries of shipments and internal hub operations.
- Supervise , and dispatch orders, coordinate with drivers to ensure that every shipment is picked and delivered.
- Strong knowledge of shipment operations and courier operations process.
- Very good in excel .
- leadership and Strong personality .
- Night Shift only .

Logistics experience is a must ( last mile ) Only and can join immediately .

Interested candidates should have Transferable residency ( from inside Kuwait only ).
