Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and participate in daily kitchen operations and food preparation

Design and standardize healthy, calorie-specific menus (e.g., keto, low-carb, diabetic-friendly)

Maintain high standards in taste, presentation, and portion control

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and dietary regulations

Supervise and train kitchen staff
