URGENT HIRING… FILIPINO COOK
*Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in catering or large- volume kitchens.
*Good Experience in Filipino Cuisine, Continental and Western Cuisine
*Good Experience in Preparing and cooking a wide range of authentic Filipino dishes such as adobo, sinigang, kare- kare, pancit, lechon kawali, and others.
*Assist in planning weekly menus and estimating food quantities and requirements.
*Support team members in general kitchen duties such as chopping, marinating, and plating.
*Familiar with HACCP and general food safety practices.
