Location: Fahaheel.
Timings: Full-Time/Part-Time
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)
We are looking for a smart, confident and polite Telecaller to handle patient inquiries, appointment bookings, follow-ups and support front office communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming & outgoing calls professionally
- Schedule appointments and manage follow-ups
- Provide accurate clinic information to callers
- Maintain call records and daily reports
Requirements:
- Good communication in English, Indian Languages and Arabic (Preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Handling Social media etc)
- Pleasant personality and willingness to learn
