Position: Supervisor – Delivery Company

? Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a delivery company

Must have experience with Talabat operations (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of:

Rider performance tracking (UTR, on-time, batch scores)

Managing attendance, duty rosters, and conflict handling

Basic Excel/record management

Able to manage teams, resolve operational issues, and ensure smooth order flow

Good communication and leadership skills

Must be present in Kuwait with valid documents (Visa 18 preferred)
