Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in the travel and tourism industry

Proficiency in Amadeus and Galileo systems

Strong knowledge of hotel bookings and related travel services

Arabic language proficiency is required

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Details:

Location: Kuwait International Airport – Terminal 1

Office Hours: 24-hour operation

Shift Schedule: Monthly rotating shifts (Morning / Evening / Night)

Duty Time: Straight shift 8 hours (not split), rotating monthly
