📢 JOB VACANCY: OFFICE COORDINATOR – KUWAIT
We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Office Coordinator (Full time) to join our team in Kuwait.
🔹 Requirements:
• Valid Kuwaiti Driving License – Mandatory
• Fluent in Arabic – Mandatory (Speaking & Writing)
• Good communication skills in English
• Proven experience in administrative or office coordination roles
• Computer proficiency – MS Office (especially Excel)
• Experience in preparing invoices and basic accounting
• Prior experience in office administration or coordination
🔹 Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily office operations and administrative tasks
• Handle port-related documentation, including release notes and clearance papers
• Prepare and manage invoices, quotations, and delivery notes
• Maintain records, handle data entry, and manage filing systems
• Support in documentation, filing, and office supply management
📍 Location: Kuwait city
