Key Responsibilities:
1.Provide basic IT support for hardware, software, Firewall network and ERP systems.

2.Assist in routine administrative tasks and office management.

3.Manage and maintain the reception area, greeting visitors and handling phone/email inquiries professionally.

4.Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

5.Maintain records, handle basic documentation, and support internal communications.

Requirements:
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in IT/technical support.

Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and Microsoft Office tools.

Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Well-organized, presentable, and capable of multitasking.

Willingness to take on both IT and administrative responsibilities.
