Description

Key Responsibilities:
Drive the sales of insulation and fire protection products to HVAC contractors, consultants, and developers.
Promote and specify products with key stakeholders in construction and engineering projects.
Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
Track project pipelines and ensure successful closing of sales opportunities.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research and stay updated with product trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with internal teams for order fulfillment, delivery schedules, and technicalsupport.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer engagement events.
Candidate Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 5–10 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with a strong focus on sales of insulation/fire protection materials.
Skills: Strong technical and commercial understanding, excellent communication andnegotiation skills.
Language: Bilingual – Fluency in English is essential; Hindi or Arabic is preferred.
Nationality: Indian preferred.
Driving License: Valid Kuwaiti or GCC driving license is an advantage.
Availability: Must be available to join by September 2025.
Residency: Candidates must be based in Kuwait with a transferable visa.
