Job Opportunity: Logistics Supervisor
Location: Kuwait
Position Type: Full-Time
We are currently seeking a Logistics Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the logistics operations, including in-house and part-time drivers, ensuring efficient transportation scheduling, monitoring petrol consumption, and maintaining high standards in delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of in-house and part-time drivers
Create and manage driver schedules to ensure timely deliveries
Monitor and report fuel consumption and optimize cost efficiency
Address and document driver-related issues and complaints
Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports (e.g., delivery status, driver attendance, complaints, fuel usage)
Ensure adherence to company policies and Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)
Coordinate with internal departments to meet delivery timelines
Requirements:
Proven experience in logistics, transport, or fleet management
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Knowledge of Kuwait routes and traffic regulations is a plus
Valid Kuwait residency
