Vacancy: Secretary to the Project Manager (Temporary Post)
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team in the role of Secretary to the Project Manager on a temporary basis. This position will provide crucial administrative support to the Project Manager and ensure smooth project operations.
Requirements:
· Experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
· Organizational and multitasking skills
· Verbal and written communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· A proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach to work
· Arabic knowledge (reading and writing) is a plus
Duration of the Position: Until end of March 2026 with the possibility of an extension depending on the completion of the Project.
