We’re Hiring: SAP Specialist for a Leading Contracting & Steel Fabrication Company in Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced SAP Specialist to join our team in Kuwait and take ownership of our recently implemented SAP system, ensuring seamless integration with our operations and financial workflows.

Our company is a leading player in the steel fabrication and contracting industry, serving some of the largest projects in the region. We pride ourselves on operational excellence, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Role Overview:
• Lead and manage the SAP system (currently live), including ongoing optimization and user support.
• Ensure smooth integration between SAP and our proprietary Trumis software for financial and procurement processes.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, and operations teams to deliver process improvements and reporting.
• Train internal users and ensure best practices are followed.

Ideal Candidate:

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP implementation, management, and support.
✅ Prior experience in a contracting, construction, or industrial company is highly preferred.
✅ Strong understanding of finance and procurement processes.
✅ Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to work with cross-functional teams.
✅ Based in Kuwait or willing to relocate.
