Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance and Training Employee. Will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the overall performance, brand integrity, and customer experience of the organization. The role is located in Al Asimah, Kuwait.

Job duties and responsibilities

- Enforcing Food Safety Protocols
. Responsible for training staff and overseeing the implementation of food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with local and international regulations.
This involves:
. Ensuring all team members are certified and trained on current food safety guidelines (e.g., HACCP, ISO standards).
. Protect customer health and uphold the company’s reputation for safe and high-quality products.

- Providing Customer Care Excellence:
. Delivering outstanding customer service by equipping employees with the necessary communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving techniques.
. Regular customer service evaluations (feedback analysis) help identify areas of improvement and inform training needs.

- Managing CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
. Collecting customer data with classifications and using all possible channels.
. Overseeing CRM systems to ensure customer data is used effectively for:
Personalized service.
Marketing and loyalty programs
Customer feedback and complaint resolution
CRM insights help tailor services to customer preferences and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
By analyzing customer interactions and behavior, the team can support strategies to enhance satisfaction, retention, and brand loyalty.

- Training and Development
. Ongoing staff training ensures that employees are:
Competent in their roles
Informed about the latest policies, procedures, and standards
Motivated to deliver exceptional service
Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that align with both operational goals and quality benchmarks.

- Continuous Improvement
. fostering a culture of continuous improvement by:
Identifying performance gaps
Gathering and analyzing feedback
Implementing corrective and preventive measures
Identifying potential growth opportunities among the employees within the company and providing trainings.

Experience:
Over 5 years of experience in a similar role

Mandatory Requirements:
Transferable residency.
The required experience should be in the State of Kuwait
