Looking for a Quality Controller / Shift Keeper to supervise daily driver operations and ensure high performance and service standards. This role is crucial in maintaining operational efficiency, safety, and delivery quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage driver activities and performance
Track and verify daily delivery orders and time logs
Maintain and update shift rosters and attendance
Ensure average order targets are achieved
Conduct quality checks on riders and their performance
Prepare and submit daily operational reports
Ensure compliance with safety, time, and service protocols
Coordinate with logistics teams to resolve issues and delays

Working Hours: 12 hours/day | Rotational Shifts
Visa Requirement: Transferable Article 18
