We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of equipment and systems through routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Repair or replace faulty components, wiring, or devices.
• Follow technical manuals, schematics, and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Diploma or equivalent certification in Maintenance, Technical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in equipment or device maintenance.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in handling electrical and electronic systems.
o Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
o Familiarity with maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment.

• Soft Skills:
o Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
o Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
o Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying potential issues.
