Matbakhi Catering Company is currently hiring an experienced Food Dispatcher to join our dynamic team!

🔎 Requirements:

Proven experience as a Food Dispatcher in a catering or restaurant business

Strong knowledge of online food delivery platforms such as Talabat, Deliveroo, Cari, etc.

Expert in computer operations, including data entry, order tracking, and reporting

Bilingual (English & Arabic) with excellent communication skills

Strong coordination skills with kitchen staff, dispatch team, and delivery drivers

Ability to work under pressure and handle bulk orders efficiently

Knowledge of basic inventory and order management

Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Receive, organize, and dispatch food orders accurately and on time

Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure timely deliveries

Monitor and update delivery platforms and systems in real-time

Resolve delivery issues and communicate with clients when necessary

Maintain records of dispatched items and prepare daily reports

Ensure delivery vehicles are properly loaded and dispatched with correct orders

Communicate with the kitchen regarding order readiness and special instructions

Support in packing and organizing catering event orders
