Batch Plant Operator
Overview:
A Batch Plant Operator is responsible for overseeing the operation of a concrete batch plant, ensuring the production of high-quality concrete products that meet customer specifications and industry standards. They monitor and control the mixing process, maintain equipment, and ensure safe and efficient operations.
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 experience years as Labour in batch plant or as Batch Plant Operator.
• Knowledge Ocmer batch plant , Mika Batch plant and Alcon batch plant
• Knowledge of concrete production processes and material.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate heavy machinery.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic.
• Computer literate and experience with computerized batch plant control systems.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
