Provide first and second-level support for desktop, laptop, printer, Ensure adherence to security standards and IT policies. Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).Min 3 years of experience in desktop or technical support roles.Proficiency in Windows environments.Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote desktop support tools.Understanding of basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP).Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
