Job Type: Full-time | Field-based

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician or Engineer to join our growing team. This role involves on-site repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting for our restaurant branches, as well as supporting our main engineer in overseeing ongoing new building projects.

?? Key Responsibilities:
Visit and inspect branches regularly to handle on-site maintenance issues (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, basic equipment repair, etc.).

Perform preventive maintenance and emergency fixes as needed.

Coordinate with store managers to identify and resolve faults quickly.

Assist senior engineer with fieldwork and technical supervision of new construction or renovation sites.

Ensure maintenance work is done safely and efficiently with minimal disruption to store operations.

Keep records of completed jobs, materials used, and follow-ups required.

? Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Maintenance Engineering (or similar).

Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on field experience in maintenance or technical service work.

Strong knowledge of repair tools, equipment, and safety standards.

Willingness to travel between branches across Kuwait.

Ability to work independently with a proactive and practical attitude.

Valid driving license preferred.
