Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Salmiya for a Consular Sales at our Kuwait Branch. The Consular Sales will be responsible for providing comprehensive customer service, conducting sales training, managing sales processes, and effectively communicating with clients. Daily tasks include assisting clients with visa applications, offering personalised immigration solutions, and ensuring a smooth and guided experience from consultation to achieving their resettlement goals.


Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
Ability to train and guide clients effectively
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
Previous experience in immigration consultancy is beneficial
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
