Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and professional Waiters/Waitresses to join a dynamic team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent service in a fast-paced dining environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet and seat guests in a courteous and timely manner
· Take accurate food and beverage orders
· Recommend menu items and assist with upselling when appropriate
· Serve food and beverages efficiently and hygienically
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, cutlery, and work areas
· Follow established service procedures and hygiene standards
· Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
· Manage payments and provide accurate change
Requirements
· Currently residing in Kuwait
· Transferable Visa
· 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
· Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
· Strong customer service and teamwork skills
· Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
