Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Teller located in Farwaniya. The Teller will be responsible for accurately processing customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and currency exchanges. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cash drawers, verifying customer identification, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The Teller will also assist with opening and closing procedures and address any discrepancies or issues that arise during daily operations.



Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
Basic mathematical skills and ability to handle cash transactions
Customer service experience is preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in operating office equipment and software applications
High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or experience in finance or banking is a plus
