Required Delivery Platform Control Specialist

- Language Requirement: Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Platform & Operations Expertise:
Experience managing or monitoring digital delivery platforms (Talabat, Deliveroo, etc.)
- Familiarity with backend platform operations, order flow, delivery logistics, and customer support procedures
- Ability to manage multiple vendor accounts and ensure platform compliance

Responsibilities:
- Monitor order accuracy, delivery times, and platform issues in real-time
- Coordinate with restaurant branches, couriers, and support teams to resolve issues
- Track performance metrics (cancellations, delays, customer ratings)
- Manage menu updates, item availability, and platform promotions

Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Excel, dashboard tools, and POS systems
- Strong attention to detail for data accuracy and order tracking

Skills:
- Excellent communication in both
- Arabic and English
- Able to work in fast-paced, tech-driven environments
- Strong coordination and time management skills
