Required Coffee Quality Control Specialist (Specialty Coffee)

- Experience: Minimum 7 years in specialty coffee quality control
- Proven experience with specialty coffee standards
- Deep knowledge of the coffee supply chain: from green bean sourcing to final cup
- Familiar with roasting profiles, brewing methods, and sensory evaluation

Quality Control Responsibilities:
- Conduct cuppings to evaluate consistency, defects, and flavor profiles
- Develop and maintain SOPs for quality checks from farm to café
- Train and mentor staff in sensory ٩evaluation and coffee preparation techniques
- Collaborate with roasters, baristas, and procurement to maintain high quality standards

Skills:
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to lead QC audits and resolve quality issues efficiently
