Description

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Operations Executive. The ideal candidate will handle WhatsApp customer chats, respond to queries professionally, manage delivery schedules, and track stock and inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and email in a timely and professional manner.

Resolve customer issues and provide product or service information effectively.

Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Track and manage stock levels, updating inventory as per sales and deliveries.

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or operations (WhatsApp handling is a plus).

Strong communication skills in Arabic and English

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.

Basic knowledge of Excel .

A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a team player.
