Duties & Responsibilities:
• Handle phone calls, emails, and general office correspondence
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
• Maintain organized filing systems and documentation
• Assist with data entry and admin support tasks
• Communicate with multiple companies to promote our business and generate new opportunities based on our company profile

Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
• Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must speak Hindi, Malayalam & English (Tamil is a plus)
• Strong communication, follow-up, and presentation skills
• Preferred residence in Fahaheel, Mangaf, or nearby areas

About the Role:

A reputed Manpower Supply Company in Kuwait is seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth by acquiring new clients and promoting our manpower services across various industries. This position includes commission based on the value of business secured.


Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and connect with companies in need of manpower supply services
• Promote the company’s capabilities and service offerings to potential clients
• Prepare and present professional proposals and company profiles
• Generate leads, secure contracts, and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal operations
• Provide regular updates on market trends and business pipeline


Requirements:
• Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition
• Preferably with background in the Manpower or Recruitment Industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to interact with diverse clients in multiple languages
• Self-driven, well-presented, and professional approach
• Must hold a Transferable Visa 18
