Job Opening: Office Secretary (Full-Time) – Kuwait

We are currently seeking a highly organized and professional Office Secretary to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily office operations.

Position: Office Secretary
Location: Kuwait
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 9am to 5pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
- Maintain and organize office records, documents, and files.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other office documents.
- Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Ensure office supplies are maintained and reorder when necessary.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Must be currently residing in Kuwait with a valid transferable residency.
