Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will coordinate sales operations, manage inventory, liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders, and ensure a seamless order-to-delivery process.


Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare costing sheets and quotations based on customer requirements.
-Coordinate with suppliers for procurement and order fulfillment.
-Maintain and update sales data in tracking tools.
-Handle order processing: record confirmed orders, issue purchase order requests, and track deliveries.
-Coordinate with freight forwarders, monitor shipments, and maintain delivery timelines.
-Update internal records related to order status, stock levels, and deliveries.
-Manage documentation: delivery notes, gate passes, warranty tracking, and customer records.
-Support invoicing by providing complete documentation to the accounts team.
-Follow up on payments and notify customers regarding rental and warranty expiries.
-Spare parts & inventory management: receive and inspect shipments, maintain accurate inventory levels, and ensure proper documentation for incoming/outgoing p-arts.
-Manage petty cash for shipments and related expenses.
-Ensure systematic filing and record-keeping of all documents and shipment records.


Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (ideal).
-Previous experience in sales coordination, logistics, or inventory management is an advantage.
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and office applications.
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
