Requirements
1.Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
2.3–8 years of experience in estimation, preferably on turnkey projects.
3.Strong knowledge of:
BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation
Material take-off (MTO)
Costing techniques (unit rate, resource-based, etc.)
Construction methods and sequences
