Job Title: Formulation and Production Paint Technician
Key Responsibilities:
• Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials according to approved paint formulations.
• Adjust formulas as needed to meet required color, viscosity, and performance specifications.
• Operate production equipment such as mixers, dispersers, and mills safely and efficiently.
• Conduct quality control tests (e.g., color matching, viscosity, drying time) and record results.
• Maintain accurate production records and batch documentation.
• Ensure safe handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals in compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist in product development and improvement projects when required.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Knowledge of paint formulation principles and raw materials.
• Familiarity with color-matching techniques and QC testing methods.
• Ability to read and follow technical recipes and production instructions.
• Basic mechanical skills for operating and maintaining mixing equipment.
• Attention to detail, safety awareness, and teamwork skills.
