📝 Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other design tools, along with a foundational understanding of printing machines and production processes. This role involves creating visually compelling designs for both digital and print media, ensuring high-quality output from concept to final execution.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce visual content for marketing campaigns, product packaging, social media, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure brand consistency and design alignment
- Prepare print-ready files and oversee pre-press processes to ensure accurate output
- Operate or coordinate with printing machines and vendors to ensure quality control
- Maintain and organize design assets, templates, and project archives
- Stay updated on design trends, software updates, and printing technologies

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant design software
- Basic knowledge of printing machines, color calibration, and print file preparation
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred)

➕ Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large-format printing, offset printing, or digital printing workflows
- Familiarity with RIP software and ICC profiles
- Knowledge of packaging design or signage production
