Job Title: Tender and Portal Coordinator
Salary Range: QAR 8,000-10,000 (based on the interview outcome)

Job Summary:
The Tender and Portal Coordinator will oversee and manage the online portals for Energy and other key industry platforms. This role requires the monitoring of tender opportunities, submission of proposals, and ensuring compliance with client requirements. The individual will act as the primary point of contact for tender-related activities, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and competitive submissions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Portal Management:
· Manage and update profiles on Energy and other industry portals.
· Monitor for new tender opportunities and updates across relevant online portals.
· Ensure company information is accurately maintained and up to date on all platforms.
2. Tender Preparation and Submission:
· Identify and evaluate tender opportunities that align with company capabilities.
· Coordinate tender submissions, including gathering necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and meeting deadlines.
· Liaise with internal departments (e.g., legal, finance, operations) to compile information required for tender proposals.
· Prepare and review documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and completeness before submission.

3. Stakeholder Communication:
· Act as the main contact for all tender-related inquiries, maintaining effective communication with internal team.
· Schedule and participate in tender briefing sessions, if applicable, to understand client requirements and specifications.

4. Documentation and Reporting:
· Maintain organized records of tender submissions, outcomes, and feedback.
· Generate regular reports on tender activities, success rates, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:
· Proven experience in tender management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
· Familiarity with online portals specific to Energy and Infrastructure sector.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
· Proficiency in ARIBA, Supply Hi; experience with ERP or tender management software is a plus.
