We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Travel Agent to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients in planning and booking flights

Provide visa guidance and travel insurance options

Suggest destinations based on customer preferences and budget

Handle reservations, ticketing, and changes to itineraries

Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel

Requirements:

Previous experience as a travel agent or in a related role

Strong knowledge of booking systems (GDS/Amadeus/Sabre preferred)

Excellent communication and sales skills

Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
