We are an ambitious software development company specializing in building mobile apps, websites, and custom software solutions. As our team grows, we’re looking for a proactive individual who can take ownership of administrative, HR, and coordination tasks.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Junior Operations & Admin Executive (preferably a fresher or early-career professional) who will work closely with the management. This is a multi-tasking role where you will handle day-to-day operations, HR coordination, invoicing and payment follow-ups, and general administration. You’ll also support recruitment activities and occasionally assist with data entry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Follow up project managers for project status updates and report to management.
• HR, Payroll & Recruitment: Employee Attendance, Processing salaries, Post jobs, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and maintain employee records.
• Finance Support: Assist in preparing invoices, track pending payments, and follow up with clients for timely collections.
• Administration: Handle general office admin tasks, documentation, and coordination with vendors if required.
• Data Entry & Support: Maintain records, update systems, and assist with research and documentation tasks.
• Process Support: Help streamline internal processes and ensure tasks are completed on time.

Requirements

• Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in administration, HR, or coordination roles (internship experience counts).
• Strong communication skills (English Must, Arabic is a plus).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Comfortable with multitasking and handling responsibilities across different areas.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office/Google Workspace, email communication, spreadsheets).
• A positive, problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn.
