To work for a wedding and events company (Kuwait)

- Experience in event decoration, preferably in wedding setups and receptions
- Knowledge of modern decoration trends, especially in weddings
- Familiarity with floral arrangements and accessories, with attention to detail and timing
- Good understanding of materials and local suppliers in the same field
- Oversee the organization and execution of event decorations
- Ensure all agreed-upon plans are executed to the highest standard
- Manage team schedules and assignments
- Control costs within the approved project budget
- Interact with clients to understand and meet their needs
- Communicate effectively with the team
- Ability to work under pressure and within a team environment
- Must hold a valid Kuwaiti driving license
