Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Baker Chef to join our coffee company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of cookies, pastries, and sandwiches to complement our coffee offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake fresh cookies, pastries, and sandwiches daily.

Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all baked items.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Monitor inventory and assist in ordering baking supplies.

Work closely with the team to create new menu ideas.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef.

Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards.

Creativity and passion for baking.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
