1. Accountant (Female)

📍 Location: Kuwait
💰 Salary: 450 – 500 KD
🕒 Duty Hours: 8 (Thursday Half Day)
📅 Experience: 5 – 7 Years

Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and finalize accounts including month-end/year-end closing.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll activities.

Prepare financial statements, reports, and cash flow analysis.

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

Monitor budgets, expenses, and provide cost-saving recommendations.

2. Logistic Coordinator (Female)

📍 Location: Kuwait
💰 Salary: 350 – 400 KD
📅 Experience: 5 Years

Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily logistics operations including shipments, deliveries, and dispatch.

Prepare and manage shipping documents, invoices, and customs clearance.

Monitor stock levels, warehouse activities, and inventory accuracy.

Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Track shipments and resolve any logistical issues or delays.

Maintain records of logistics activities and prepare periodic reports.

3. Secretary (Female – Temporary, 1 Month)

📍 Location: Kuwait
💰 Salary: 375 KD
📅 Duration: Temporary (1 Month)

Responsibilities:

Manage correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of management.

Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain office calendar.

Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as required.

Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and documents.

Assist in day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.

Provide professional support to management during the temporary period.
