Role Overview
The Product Specialist will be responsible for providing expert knowledge and support on physiotherapy and rehabilitation products. This role involves working closely with healthcare professionals, physiotherapists, and hospital procurement teams to promote, demonstrate, and provide training on physiotherapy equipment and consumables. The candidate will also assist in product launches, customer education, and post-sales support to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Product Expertise & Demonstration
o Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s physiotherapy and rehabilitation product portfolio (e.g., electrotherapy, ultrasound therapy, exercise therapy, hydrotherapy, rehabilitation aids).
o Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for physiotherapists, clinicians, and hospital staff.
o Provide technical guidance on product usage, application, and benefits.
• Customer Support & Engagement
o Build strong relationships with physiotherapy departments, clinics, and rehabilitation centers.
o Understand customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions.
o Offer after-sales support, troubleshooting, and training to ensure effective product utilization.
• Sales & Business Development Support
o Assist the sales team in identifying opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and physiotherapy centers.
o Support product promotions, exhibitions, workshops, and conferences.
o Provide product-related inputs for tenders, proposals, and quotations.
• Training & Development
o Train internal teams (sales/service) on physiotherapy product features and applications.
o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies in physiotherapy.
• Documentation & Reporting
o Prepare product manuals, training materials, and case studies.
o Maintain accurate records of demonstrations, training, and customer feedback.
o Provide regular market feedback to the product management team.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) / Rehabilitation Science / Biomedical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Prior experience (1–3 years) in physiotherapy practice or handling physiotherapy products (preferred).
• Fresh graduates with strong physiotherapy knowledge and interest in medical devices may also be considered.
• Familiarity with electrotherapy, exercise therapy, and rehabilitation equipment is an advantage.
