Dear Candidates,


We are a growing ride-hailing platform in Kuwait, looking for a reliable Ride Dispatch & Support Agent to manage incoming customer calls and assign rides to drivers efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and assist with ride bookings.
Assign available drivers to incoming ride requests.
Monitor trips and resolve any issues or delays.
Communicate with drivers to ensure service quality.
Log and update customer and trip information accurately.


Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or dispatch is a plus.
Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Kuwait’s geography.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
