🎯 Job Title: Sales Lady – In-Store (Filipino Preferred)

📍 Location: Sharq Area, Kuwait City
🕰️ Employment Type: Full-time
🗓️ Working Days: 6 days/week
🕓 Shift Timings: 9 hours duty

📝 Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Lady to join our store team in Sharq, Kuwait City. The ideal candidate will assist walk-in customers, manage product display, handle sales transactions, and ensure an exceptional in-store experience. Candidates of Filipino nationality are preferred due to language, cultural compatibility, and hospitality qualities.

👩‍💼 Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers warmly with product information and recommendations.

Offer samples and explain chocolate/pastry products and seasonal collections.

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Manage the POS system and process payments accurately (cash, Knet, credit).

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally.

Assist in gift wrapping, packaging, and preparing customer orders.

Update inventory on a daily basis and report any shortages or damages.

Support the team during promotional events, holidays, and busy periods.

Follow all hygiene and product-handling procedures strictly.

✅ Requirements:

Female, preferably Filipino nationality (Visa 18 preferred for private company).

Minimum 1–2 years experience in retail, F&B, or chocolate/gifting sales.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Well-groomed, polite, and fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak seasons.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn about product details and offerings.

🎁 Benefits:

Monthly Salary: [300 Kd]
