Description

We Need two (2to 3) Draftsmen to join our Design Department.

The ideal candidates will convert design concepts into precise technical drawings, produce high-quality visuals, and support quantity take-offs.
Key Responsibilities
• Produce accurate detailed drawings (plans, elevations, sections, joinery/shop drawings) for designed spaces.
• Translate design concepts into 3D models and rendered visuals.
• Prepare and update BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and coordinate quantity take-offs.
• Ensure drawings meet project standards, dimensions, materials, and specification notes.
• Collaborate with designers/engineers to resolve technical details and implement feedback quickly.
Requirements
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3ds Max.
• Experience with rendering workflows to deliver high-quality visuals.
• Solid knowledge of detailed drawings for interiors and fit-outs.
• Ability to prepare and work with BOQ.
• Photoshop knowledge (considered a plus).
• Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
Nice to Have
• Understanding of materials, finishes, and joinery details.
• Basic site coordination exposure
