We are hiring Salesman – Lubricants
Location: Kuwait
About Us
We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sales Engineer. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of building brand presence, expanding customer networks, and driving growth in multiple industrial and automotive sectors.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a market entry and growth plan for our lubricant products in Kuwait.
• Identify and target key sectors such as automotive workshops, transport fleets, construction companies, industrial plants, marine, and oil & gas.
• Build and manage relationships with distributors, resellers, and direct customers.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients on product benefits and applications.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs to refine strategy.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and action plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Work closely with management to develop pricing, promotions, and partnerships.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in lubricants, automotive chemicals, or related industrial products in Kuwait.
• Strong technical knowledge of lubricants, oils, and their applications across multiple industries.
• Existing network of contacts within automotive, industrial, construction, and oil & gas sectors is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record of developing sales plans and achieving growth targets.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Valid Kuwait driving license and transferable visa.
