HVAC Maintenance Engineer – Maintenance Division
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Maintenance Engineer to join our Maintenance Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, repair, and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems across our facilities.
Responsibilities:
• Perform regular inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Handle breakdowns and ensure timely repairs with minimal downtime.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors/vendors for specialized services when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in HVAC maintenance (preferably in facilities management).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and BMS systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Transferable visa & immediate joining preferred.
