Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to company standards.

Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed.

Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, equipment, and dining space.

Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.

Ensure stock levels are maintained and assist in inventory management.

Work as part of a team to deliver a positive and welcoming customer experience.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Barista or in customer service is preferred (training will be provided).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus.

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Positive attitude and team spirit.
