About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. Experience with residential, commercial, or industrial carpentry is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches
Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials
Install doors, windows, cabinets, stairs, and drywall
Perform repairs and maintenance on existing structures
Operate power tools and hand tools safely
Ensure all work meets building codes and safety standards
Collaborate with other construction professionals and project managers

Requirements:
Proven experience as a carpenter (minimum [3] years preferred)
Familiarity with carpentry techniques and tools
Ability to read technical documents and blueprints
Strong attention to detail and precision
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
High school diploma or equivalent (Trade school certification is a plus)
Valid driver’s license (if required for travel between job sites)

Great to Have:
OSHA Certification
Experience with framing, roofing, or finishing carpentry
Ability to manage or train apprentices
