Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Appliances Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of kitchen appliances including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, microwaves, and more. The technician will ensure that all appliances are functioning efficiently and safely, providing excellent customer service and technical support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Diagnosis and Repair:
- Assess and diagnose issues with kitchen appliances.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on various kitchen appliances, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Test appliances after repairs to ensure proper functionality.

2. Installation:
- Install new kitchen appliances and ensure they are set up according to manufacturer specifications.
- Provide guidance to clients on proper use and maintenance of installed appliances.

3. Customer Service:
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain problems, repair processes, and recommendations.
- Provide exceptional service, addressing customer questions and concerns promptly.

4. Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Provide estimates for repairs and follow up on job orders.

5. Maintenance:
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on appliances to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Advise customers on preventative maintenance practices to extend the life of their appliances.

6. Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring that necessary equipment is available for repairs.
- Order necessary parts from suppliers as needed.

7. Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols while working with electrical and gas appliances.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and manufacturer guidelines.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair preferred.
- Proven experience as a kitchen appliances technician or similar role.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems related to household appliances.
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing various kitchen appliances.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Work Conditions:
- Work may be performed in residential homes and commercial kitchens.
