Job Post – Social Media & Customer Communication Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable assistant to manage our Instagram messages and WhatsApp Business inquiries.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer messages on Instagram and WhatsApp promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about our brand, products, and services in a clear and polite manner.
• Forward specific inquiries to management when needed.
• Maintain a consistent and elegant brand tone in all communications.
• Organize customer requests and keep track of follow- ups.

Requirements:
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (written).
• Previous experience in customer service or social media management is a plus.
• Professional, polite, and detail- oriented.
• Availability to reply daily during agreed working hours.

Work Type: Part- time / Remote or Kuwait- based (to be discussed).
