Aspire Indian International school is seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Vice Principal to lead the Cambridge IGCSE section. (only Kuwait-based candidates can apply).
Requirements
• Develop and implement a strategic vision for the school that aligns with our commitment to education and academic excellence.
• Lead, motivate, and support a diverse team of teachers and staff to achieve outstanding educational outcomes.
• Guide curriculum planning, teaching methodologies, and assessment strategies.
• Oversee the school's curriculum development, ensuring it meets the needs of a multicultural student body.
• Promote a culture of high expectations, continuous improvement, and accountability among students and staff.
• Foster strong relationships with parents, community leaders, and external partners to enhance educational opportunities for students.
• Ensure compliance with educational policies, standards, and regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in Cambridge IGCSE curriculum.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to innovate and implement effective educational strategies.
• Knowledge of curriculum development and assessment methodologies.
