📢 Job Opportunity: Telecom/Network Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Kuwait
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Telecom/Network Maintenance Supervisor to oversee preventive maintenance and ensure smooth operations across our telecom sites. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, technically proficient, and capable of managing field teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervision of PM Scope:
o Oversee AC power, infrastructure, rectifiers, batteries, and telecom maintenance at sites.
o Ensure preventive maintenance (PM) is carried out as per company procedures.
• Field Team Coordination:
o Follow up with field teams to ensure PM completion.
o Plan daily PM activities and provide updates to customers.
• Tracking & Reporting:
o Maintain daily PM tracker.
o Participate in weekly meetings and report progress to management.
• Material & Inventory Management:
o Track materials issued from the warehouse.
o Reorder consumed materials and ensure old materials are returned for audits.
• Financial & Contractual Tasks:
o Prepare invoices for customers as per BOQ and contracts.
o Coordinate approvals during audits.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in telecom/network maintenance supervision.
• Strong understanding of AC power systems, rectifiers, and battery management.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with field teams and clients
